Unloads dry bulk lumpy materials from both trucks and rail cars

The Rail-Kart Model 39 Portable Vacuum Pickup Unloader is a combination vacuum pickup unloader with built-in lump crusher for conveying dry bulk materials which need to be reduced in size before vacuum conveying. It includes twin screw feeders designed to feed fine or lumpy materials from the rail car or truck at a controlled rate to a heavy duty lump crusher prior to vacuum conveying. Separate hydraulic drives are standard for each rear wheel for easier maneuvering and for tight precision positioning. Also standard are twin low-profile screw feeders, hardened lump crusher bars, fully adjustable air intake controls, a thick 2-inch sponge seal, fully adjustable air lifters for sealing, two front heavy-duty caster wheels and two heavy-duty pneumatic rear tires for easy maneuvering. Other accessories include a smooth bore quick-connecting material handling hose and hose adapters. Construction is available in stainless steel, mild steel or aluminum.
