The Series 30S-100 Mini-Pusher? pneumatic conveying system is a portable, completely assembled self-contained and all air operated pneumatic conveying system. It is manually operated and does not require the use of any electrical power. The Mini-Pusher system only needs about 30 SCFM of plant compressed air to convey at rates of up to 2000 pounds per hour. It is available in numerous sizes from 2 cubic foot capacity up to 20 cubic foot capacity. The system comes in either all 304 stainless steel or a nylon powder coated mild steel construction and includes a 12-inch manual loading hatch.
The Mini-Pusher system is suited for conveying any granular material which has a particle size of 30 mesh or finer. It is ideal for conveying the 400 mesh, 25 pounds per cubic foot DuraForm? Polyamide into stereolithography machines for making prototype parts. The convey line size is a very manageable 1-1/4 inch diameter, which includes a flexible hose and fill wand for simple unloading directly into a stereolithography machine.
