SpoutMaster™ Adjustable Fill Spout

The SpoutMaster adjustable fill spout by Dynamic Air Inc. allows for dust-free discharging of dry granular materials into portable metal containers without spilling or dusting into the atmosphere.

The SpoutMaster comes with an air operated telescoping tube, which includes a simple inflatable seal. When the telescoping tube is lowered into the opening of the portable metal container, the inflatable seal inflates to seal. This creates a dust-tight connection against the side of the portable bin opening, so that dust-free loading of dry granular material can begin. In addition, the telescoping tube has an integral vent connection for the displaced air, so it can be venting back to a dust collection source, as might be desired. A manually air operated foot control valve controls the up and down movement of the telescoping tube for easier operator control. This allows easy forklift retrieval of the filled portable metal bins and loading of empty bins.

An option for determining the filled or empty portable metal bins is an integral platform scale with digital readout.
