Automatic Sampler
Takes samples
during blending or mixing operation
The XSIZE automatic
sampler from Dynamic Air Inc. has been designed to take almost
any sample size automatically during a blending or mixing operation.
It provides a method to take samples at any point in a process
system for verification of dry bulk materials. Fabricated from
all 304 or 316 stainless steel construction, it can be programmed
to take a sample upon demand at predetermined times as required.
The XSIZE automatic
sampler is designed for mounting directly on a mixer, discharge
chute or any place in the process desired. Samples are then collected
in a standard commercially available clear plastic container.
Removal of the plastic container is simple and done manually.
Special features include a highly polished, 304 or 316 stainless
steel feed screw and a powerful 220/440 volt motor and drive
assembly.
