The Accu-Batch loss-in-weight batch feeder continuously monitors feeder weight to quickly develop a batch with high precision by feeding at high rate until approaching the desired batch weight.  At that point, the unique 1000:1 turn down ratio of the batch feeder shows its advantage.  The feeder can reduce the feed rate to just a dribble to achieve extremely precise batch weights. A standout advantage of the Accu-Batch feeder design is its impressive 1000:1 turndown ratio, allowing the minimum feed rate to be reduced to one‑thousandth of the maximum feed rate.
