The BulkBuster bulk bag unloader for flat-bottomed bulk bags is a bulk bag unloader with discharge hopper and a fixed blade. It includes a dust collector with a support frame and can be loaded by a forklift or hoist. The weight of the bulk bag pierces the large bulk bag when it is lowered onto the fixed blade of the BulkBuster bulk bag unloader. Unloading the bulk bag is simple because there are no connections to the unloader. The BulkBuster bulk bag unloader is equipped with two easily removeable cartridge filters and a vacuum exhaust fan. The unloader is also typically equipped with pneumatic bag jostlers to help discharge the material from the bulk bag.
