Vibra-Jet™ Bin Discharge System

Reliable Material Flow

The innovative design of the Vibra-Jet Bin Discharge System assures reliable flow of bulk powder or granular materials finer than 20 mesh. Using Dynamic Air’s patented Vibra Jet Bin Aerator, the Vibra-Jet Bin Discharge System restores flowability to materials that are prone to packing, bridging, or rat holing.  The Vibra-jet Bin Discharge System is also useful for materials that are prone to funnel flow.  Unlike other bin dischargers that utilize vibration which can compact powders, the Vibra-Jet system utilizes aeration to loosen powders that tend to compact and lower the friction between the cone wall and the stored material. The bulk material is fluidized and positive flow results.

Vibra-Jet Bin Aerators

The Vibra-Jet Bin Discharge System features patented Vibra-Jet bin aerators which employ a unique aeration technique. With each pulse of compressed air, the Vibra-Jet bin aerators release a controlled amount of air into the bulk material, loosening and dislodging material to promote flow. In addition to cleaning material from the bin walls, the air action vibrates the rubber boot on the bin aerator, keeping it clean and unclogged. When the Vibra-Jet bin aerator is turned off, material pressure and the resilience of the rubber boot prevent material from entering the air supply lines.

Aeration Zones Provide Pulsing Variations

The Vibra-Jet Bin Discharge System has one or more aeration zones depending on the size of the activation area. Instead of activating all bin aerators simultaneously, each aeration zone is operated independently to optimize flow. The result is more effective discharge of materials in shorter discharge times.

No Flexible Connection Required

Unlike vibratory bin dischargers, the Vibra-Jet Bin Discharge System does not require a large diameter flexible connection that requires maintenance and is a safety hazard if broken.

For Use on New or Existing Hopper Cones

The Vibra-Jet Bin Discharge System can be installed on new or existing bins and hoppers.
